SHIPPING & DELIVERIES POLICY

Free Shipping for order amount of Rs. 3000 & above.

Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.

We do not ship products out of Pakistan.

  

PlantsnPots is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order. PlantsnPots is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

 

For Pakistani customers, the shipping charge is Rs 600 for all orders.

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in Pakistan serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Pakistan Post and may take more time.

No Deliveries on Sunday and National Holidays.

PlantsnPots is proud to use JazzCash, UBL Direct online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit/debit cards are also accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PlantsnPots believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders shipping process have been initiated. 

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the PlantsnPots marketing team has obtained on special occasions like EID or National Holiday promotions, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

  

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are not please with your purchase from our online store, contact us within 24 hours of product delivery at your doorstep, we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn't come to that we are here to help;

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

• You have have 24 hours to return or replace an item from the date you received it.

• Your items need to have a receipt or a proof of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return or replace, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you on status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate refund to your original method of payment.

SHIPPING OF REFUNDED PRODUCT

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
